Who is responsible and effective date

Data controller: Ivania Photography LLC, which operates the Ivania O'field Photography brand · 122 N. Mission St, Wenatchee, WA 98801, United States.

Privacy contact: studio@ivaniaphoto.com · (509) 903-9996.

This policy is effective as of October 20, 2026 and applies to the website www.ivaniaphoto.com and to the IvaniaTV television application.

What information we collect

When you write through the contact form or request a quote, we save your name, email, phone, event type and the date you share with us.

If you book a session, we also keep the booking details (dates, package, payments) and the event photographs.

How we use it

Only to reply to your message, coordinate your session and, if you book, deliver your photos.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact details, bookings or photos with third parties for advertising; the only advertising measurement on the site is the Meta measurement explained below.

Your galleries

Client photo galleries are delivered with their own password; we do not publish your photos without your authorization.

Contact

If you want us to delete your contact information, or have questions about this page, write to studio@ivaniaphoto.com.

The television application

When you link a television, we store a technical identifier for that television, its model and operating system, the date it was linked, and the date the link expires. To verify that a television belongs to you, we also use the email address already associated with your delivery.

We do not store photographs or video on the television: your images and films are streamed from our servers while the session is active and are not retained on the device after it ends.

The television application has no advertising, analytics or trackers, does not load the Meta measurement, and connects only to the studio's servers. It does not ask for personal information on the television.

You can remove any television at any time from your delivery on your phone, under "My televisions". We do not share this data with third parties: it is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

When you remove the television, access ends immediately and its data is anonymized; the record is deleted entirely after 30 days. You may also request deletion at any time by writing to studio@ivaniaphoto.com.

Your account and password recovery

If you have an account on the site, we store your email, your phone number if you give it to us, when you confirmed they are yours, and which of the two you want to receive the password-reset link on.

We only use that email or phone to send you what you ask for —the link to confirm them or to change your password— and the notice that your password changed. Text messages are sent through the studio's phone company, which delivers them to your carrier; we do not use them for advertising.

To protect your account we log each request (date, channel and the internet address it came from) for as long as the account exists. Links work once, expire in 20 minutes (24 hours for confirmation links) and are deleted after 30 days; requests made with a detail that belongs to no account are also deleted after 30 days.

You can change your phone or the channel under «Password recovery» in your account, or ask us to delete this data by writing to studio@ivaniaphoto.com.

Site measurement, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The public pages of the site (home, portfolio, packages, contact and these legal pages) load Meta's measurement (the Facebook pixel). It tells Meta that a page was viewed and, if you open WhatsApp or send the contact form, that a contact happened; it does not send what you write. Meta may associate this with your browser and with what it collects about your activity on other sites, under its own privacy policy.

The private areas —your galleries, your delivery, your account, photo selection— and the television application do not carry that measurement. We use no other third-party analytics or advertising.

Today the site does not change its behavior when it receives your browser's "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. If you do not want that measurement, you can block third-party cookies or scripts in your browser; the site keeps working the same.

Who we share data with

Only with those who help us provide the service, and only what they need:

Text messages: our phone companies (VoIP.ms and Telnyx) receive your number and the text of the message to deliver it, or to pass on to us the one you send.

Email: we send it from our own server; your email provider receives the message to deliver it to you.

Online payments: the payment processor (Square) receives the amount and your card details on its own payment page; we never see or store your card number.

Facebook Messenger: if you write to us on Messenger, Meta carries your message and we keep it to reply to you.

Site measurement: Meta, as explained above.

The site chat answers with frequently asked questions stored in our own database; your messages are not sent to any outside service. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety.

How long we keep data

Contact messages and quote requests: for as long as the conversation or the relationship with the studio lasts. If you do not book, you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Bookings and payments: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time required by tax and accounting laws.

Online galleries: available until your delivery's expiration date; after that the link stops working. The studio keeps the event photographs in its archive for reprints and copies, unless you ask us to delete them.

The television link and password-recovery data are kept as explained in their own sections of this page.

Children

The site and the television application are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Sessions of minors (for example, quinceañeras) are booked and received by their parent or guardian, and we deliver the photos only to that person.

If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to studio@ivaniaphoto.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

At any time and at no cost, you can ask us to see what data we have about you, correct it, receive a copy or delete it, by writing to studio@ivaniaphoto.com. To verify that the request is yours, we will ask you to confirm it from the email or phone we already have. We reply within 45 days.

We do not collect health or biometric data: we do not do facial recognition or group photos by faces, so Washington's My Health My Data Act does not apply to our service.

If you live in the European Union or South Korea, you can also object to a use, ask for the portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Your data is processed in the United States.

Illustrative images

The sample that the television application shows to someone who opens it without linking it uses illustrative images generated with artificial intelligence. They are not photos of clients or of real people.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its effective date. If the change is significant, we will announce it on this page and by email to anyone with an active delivery or account before it takes effect. We will not use data we already have for a new purpose without telling you.
